Apple has released a new update for their Apple TV in the UK, Canada and Australia, and the update brings the ability to stream TV shows directly on your Apple TV, something which has been available in the US from August.
You could previously only stream purchased TV shows direct from your Mac to your Apple TV, but now the TV shows can be streamed direct from the cloud, and you can now purchase TV shows direct from your Apple TV.
There is no official word from Apple on this update as yet,and we haven’t had a chance to test it out yet here in the UK, if you have received the update and can now purchased TV shows direct from your Apple TV let us know.
