QNAP teams up with Symform to offer up to 200GB of free cloud back-up and unlimited cloud back-up for a low flat monthly fee to QNAP customers with NAS upgraded to firmware V3.5.2. All QNAP units feature Symform, while existing customers will get a free software update. To start backing up data on the Symfrom cloud, users need to click on the Symform tab in the QNAP Cloud Back-up wizard. One can quickly start taking back-up, alongside secondary backup and disaster recovery services.
“QNAP customers purchase our NAS products because they place great value on their data,” said Jérôme Jaussaud, product manager of QNAP. “QNAP offers users cloud back-up solutions to safeguard their data, and we are pleased to offer an additional data protection alternative by partnering with Symform, who offers the lowest price on the market for secure cloud storage.”
Besides taking a quick and affordable back-up of services, users can even synchronize critical data directly on a QNAP device, between multiple QNAP devices and also between QNAP and other devices. Through referrals and contribution, users can take home free services. Moreover, Symform lets users take back-up of large files as it does not come with a file size limit and the new firmware upgrade also adds other enhancements like improved performance and new UI languages.
